Project Scope & Challenges
This project used two 40-foot Corten high-cube shipping containers to construct a sleek, 640-square-foot secondary dwelling in Oak Cliff, Dallas. Our structural team welded the double unit, reinforced the interior spans, and installed R-30 closed-cell insulation values to meet local Dallas municipal energy codes.
